About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR functional support to the Scarborough site
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and practices
  • Align HR activities with operational and financial objectives
  • Create an environment that promotes team involvement and continuous improvement
  • Champion HR best practice and support AD Group HR activities

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a senior HR role
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience managing complex ER cases
  • Experience delivering organisational change
  • Experience working with Trade Unions in a heavily unionised environment
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • CIPD qualification
  • Experience managing large-scale change projects
  • Experience with culture transformation initiatives
