HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute people strategies that support Alcon's mission and organizational culture
• Partner with business leaders to provide coaching on change management, talent management, and career development
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and roll out corporate programs regarding compensation, performance, and diversity
• Manage complex multi-location HR projects and ensure timely execution of all regional people-related processes
• Drive high-quality talent bench through effective selection processes and equitable compensation practices
• Oversee employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UK
• Strong ability to manage ambiguity and communicate effectively across various organizational levels
