HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and drive hiring to meet business needs
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and company events
• Coordinate training and support employee development programs
• Handle payroll coordination, PF, and statutory compliance
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
• Manage employee relations and resolve queries effectively

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Graduate or MBA in HR or a related field
• Proven expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations
• Knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on, execution-driven approach with a proactive attitude
