About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and drive hiring to meet business needs
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Coordinate training and support employee development programs
- Handle payroll coordination, PF, and statutory compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
- Manage employee relations and resolve queries effectively
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Graduate or MBA in HR or a related field
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations
- Knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on, execution-driven approach with a proactive attitude
