HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Create structure and overview within the HR department
• Establish a uniform HR working method across multiple legal entities (BVs)
• Make HR processes workable and scalable for a growing organization
• Embed Nmbrs and Daywize into daily operations
• Simplify processes and clarify roles and responsibilities
• Implement clear formats, checklists, and work instructions for onboarding, offboarding, and personnel mutations
• Improve HR reporting and management information
• Support the current HR responsible in implementing a practical foundation

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager in growing organizations
• Expertise in HR processes, personnel administration, and contract management
• Experience with absenteeism, onboarding, and offboarding
• Ability to create quick overview and implement practical structures
• Strong communication skills with a direct approach
• Ability to switch between management and operational levels
• Experience with HR systems, specifically Nmbrs and/or Daywize is a strong plus
