About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment tasks including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate conversations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Support HR administration, payroll, and personnel file maintenance
- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related employee inquiries
- Assist with employee engagement activities, training, and internal communications
- Work independently on HR projects and process improvements
Requirements
- Enrolled in a higher education (HBO) program in HR, Hospitality Management, or a similar field
- Minimum availability of 6 months
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid right to work in the Netherlands and local housing in Amsterdam
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
