About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the HR Ops team on daily legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration, employment relationships, performance management, and offboarding
- Review HR legal documentation including employment contracts, amendments, and termination paperwork
- Lead discussions or negotiations with legal implications
- Support the VP HR in managing collective labor relations with employee representatives
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Lawyer specializing in labor law or as an in-house HR Legal Counsel
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Solid legal skills and reasoning
- Autonomous, organized, and structured approach
- Adaptability, reactivity, and pragmatism
- Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in French and English
