About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Ops team on daily legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration, employment relationships, performance management, and offboarding
  • Review HR legal documentation including employment contracts, amendments, and termination paperwork
  • Lead discussions or negotiations with legal implications
  • Support the VP HR in managing collective labor relations with employee representatives

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Lawyer specializing in labor law or as an in-house HR Legal Counsel
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Solid legal skills and reasoning
  • Autonomous, organized, and structured approach
  • Adaptability, reactivity, and pragmatism
  • Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in French and English
