HR Learning & Development Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including training site teams and supporting training managers.
• Collaborate with Business Units to validate and implement new LMS functionalities.
• Generate and analyze training activity reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Create and update engaging training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, and learning capsules.
• Support subject matter experts in designing pedagogically sound training content.
• Lead the rollout of virtual reality training programs and assist in deploying digital classrooms and attendance tracking systems.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Education Technology, HR, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to support cross-functional stakeholders.
• Expertise or a strong interest in digital learning, including virtual reality, e-learning tools, and digital classrooms.
• Proven instructional design skills for creating various training formats (e.g., microlearning, video).
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail for reporting and data accuracy.
