HR Lead/HRBP

Founded in 2023 by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, Truva aims to build the most delightful and trustworthy home buying experience in India. Their comprehensive platform enables the buyer journey end to end, from discovery of renovated houses to legal and financial support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement all processes for recruitment, onboarding, employee happiness, and productivity
• Work closely with all three co-founders
• Lead a team of two people (one recruiter and one HRBP)
• Own all HR metrics, including Talent Acquisition and employee NPS
• Act as an individual contributor for more than 50% of the time
• Scout, evaluate, and implement tools for various HR processes
• Design, document, and iterate HR processes end to end

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience
• 2+ years of experience in product-based startups or companies
• Proven experience leading at least one HR function
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• High level of comfort with new-age HR tools
