HR Investigator

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead in-depth investigations regarding workplace violence, theft, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, sexual misconduct, and fraud
• Conduct professional interviews with accused individuals, witnesses, and reporting parties to gather essential facts
• Utilize case management systems to document findings and maintain evidence according to chain of custody guidelines
• Analyze sophisticated information to develop valid, fact-based conclusions and present findings to management and leadership
• Maintain objective control over high-stress, sensitive situations to ensure investigations are brought to logical conclusions
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and act as a point of contact for law enforcement when necessary

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a human resources related field
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal laws governing investigations and personnel matters
• Ability to travel approximately 10%
• Ability to work onsite as business needs require
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
