About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle basic life-cycle events such as organizational unit and FTE changes
- Manage employee absences and maintain related documentation
- Process and archive sensitive HR documents with discretion and professionalism
- Resolve basic employee inquiries via chat or ticketing systems
- Support the HR Service Delivery EMEA SMCs team in delivering hire-to-retire services
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with varied daily tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Human Resources or a Shared Services environment
- Good knowledge of Spanish
