HR Internship - Recruitment Support

Responsibilities

• Partner with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to provide a high-quality recruitment experience
• Organize and manage the interview scheduling process
• Initiate the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain candidate data within the recruiting system and manage ad-hoc queries
• Perform validation and quality checks on job advertisements
• Manage general queries from team members, candidates, and hiring managers
• Support the logistics and execution of recruiting events, career fairs, and office visits
• Assist recruiting leads in creating and managing talent programs

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later
• Availability to work 6 hours per day (30 hours per week) in the São Paulo office
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data analysis
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence or automation tools
