About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage registration and cancellation of AFIP and social security
- Handle administrative management of corporate benefits, including prepaid medicine, insurance, and pension plans
- Support the induction and orientation of new employees (onboarding) and manage offboarding activities
- Participate in ad-hoc projects in collaboration with various company departments
Requirements
- Advanced student of Human Resources or Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
- Fluent written and oral English skills
