Responsibilities
- Assist in employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, such as raising IT tickets
- Create and maintain personnel files and perform HR filing
- Support various HR initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Assist with HR communications and company-wide announcements
- Update the organizational chart on a quarterly basis
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Minimum internship duration of 3 months
