HR Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with valuable insights into human resources operations
• Independently manage individual projects and support international personnel development and training initiatives
• Prepare and follow up on projects and events within the Learning & Development department
• Assist HR staff with daily administrative tasks and routine operations

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Previous practical experience in a professional setting is preferred
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Minimum internship duration of 3 months
