About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the HR team with valuable insights into human resources operations
- Independently manage individual projects and support international personnel development and training initiatives
- Prepare and follow up on projects and events within the Learning & Development department
- Assist HR staff with daily administrative tasks and routine operations
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Previous practical experience in a professional setting is preferred
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Minimum internship duration of 3 months
