HR Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team and gain valuable insights into human resources operations
• Independently manage individual projects and support international personnel development and training initiatives
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of Learning & Development projects and events
• Support HR staff with daily administrative tasks and routine operations

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Previous practical experience in an HR or business environment is preferred
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Minimum internship duration of 3 months
• Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a professional demeanor
