HR Intern

Responsibilities

• Create and process employment contracts, contract amendments, and organizational changes
• Prepare apprenticeship contracts and handle registrations with vocational schools
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including document distribution and welcome preparations
• Manage payroll-relevant data for new hires and personnel changes
• Act as a point of contact for employees and business partners regarding administrative HR topics
• Issue various HR documents such as parental leave confirmations, termination notices, and employment references
• Maintain and update HR templates, forms, and the HR intranet
• Assist with organizational management adjustments and participate in monthly team meetings

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in the field of Human Resources, Pedagogy, Psychology, or Business Administration
• Proficient use of Microsoft 365
• Structured way of working and basic knowledge of training conception
• Interest in current tools and trends in Talent Management, Leadership, and Learning & Development
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
