HR Intern - Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications to identify the best fit for the company
• Manage and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
• Systematically update and maintain the database to ensure accurate recruitment records
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with hiring managers and applicants
• Organize and maintain all internship-related documents systematically and confidentially
• Provide operational and administrative support to the HR team during company activities
• Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Genuine interest in Human Resources, E-commerce, and Logistics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
• Creative mindset with passion for content creation and social media
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Benefits

• Allowance: 200 THB per working day
• Internship duration: minimum of 3 months (4 months preferred)
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Work location: CloudCommerce (Fastship) Head Office in Bangkok
