About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, scheduling, and screening
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help organize HR events and employee engagement activities
- Provide administrative support such as drafting memos and handling correspondence
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
