About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, shortlisting resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update employee databases while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Follow up on HR-related requests such as onboarding documentation and reference checks
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing activities and recognition programs
- Help with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining files and preparing reports
- Learn and adhere to company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in supporting HR functions
