Responsibilities

• Support employer branding content for social media and recruitment platforms
• Assist in creating internal communication materials
• Contribute ideas to showcase EPOS culture and employee experiences
• Support the planning and execution of internal activities, team events, and engagement programs
• Coordinate logistics and communication for company initiatives

Requirements

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or related fields
• Experience organizing events or participating in university clubs is a plus
• Full-time availability for a 3-6 month engagement
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and AI tools
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
• Mandatory good English communication skills
