HR Intern

Responsibilities

• Promote IKEA’s culture and values to create a positive and inclusive workplace
• Assist in recruitment efforts, hiring processes, and new hire onboarding
• Support learning and development activities, including training sessions
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR improvement projects
• Provide general administrative support and maintain personnel files

Requirements

• Studying or holding a qualification in Human Resources Management
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict
• Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
• High integrity and strong attention to detail
• Availability to support HR operations during weekends and public holidays
• Ability to commit to a 6-month internship duration
