About the role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing documents and coordinating requirements
- Help prepare HR letters, certificates, and other employee-related correspondence
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records
- Support the HR team in preparing reports, trackers, and maintaining HR data
- Provide general administrative support and undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
