About the Company
Backed by Ant International (a global leader in digital payments, digitisation, and financial technology solutions) EPOS, part of its global merchant payment services Antom, is a leading Point-of-Sale (POS) digital solutions provider based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview arrangements by scheduling with candidates and liaising with hiring managers
- Support employer branding initiatives including social media content and candidate outreach
- Assist in offboarding and onboarding activities and orientation processes
- Handle HR administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and maintaining employee records
- Provide support in general HR activities and participate in ad-hoc HR projects
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for a 3 to 6 month internship period
