HR Intern

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection processes for hotels and corporate offices
• Coordinate logistics for induction events, training courses, and interviews
• Organize and maintain updated personnel files, contracts, and CVs
• Manage and track monthly overtime agreements and new hire documentation
• Maintain electronic databases for applicants and attendance lists
• Follow up on performance evaluations and archive related documents
• Update HR bulletin boards and coordinate with the Wellbeing area
• Coordinate the delivery of uniforms, nametags, and ID cards
• Support training control and Cross Training plans with the L&D Manager
• Participate in retention interviews and assist with internal communications

Requirements

• Currently in final cycles or a graduate in Hotel Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields
• Previous experience in a similar position is desirable
• Knowledge of time management systems
• Intermediate English level
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Methodical and orderly approach to information management
• Effective communication skills
