Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities, including posting job openings on internal and external platforms
- Screen resumes and applications for entry-level positions
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth process
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing packets and coordinating first-day logistics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment systems
- Perform various new hire onboarding activities and programs
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Ability to render at least 500 internship hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Paranaque
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
