About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities, including posting job openings on internal and external platforms
  • Screen resumes and applications for entry-level positions
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth process
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing packets and coordinating first-day logistics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment systems
  • Perform various new hire onboarding activities and programs

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • Ability to render at least 500 internship hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work onsite in Paranaque
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
