HR Intern

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with People Managers and provide HR policy guidance.
• Partner with stakeholders to support company objectives regarding diversity and equal employment opportunity.
• Assist in developing strategies for people management, succession planning, and talent management.
• Support employee health, wellbeing, and workers' compensation initiatives.
• Prepare HR-related reports, such as departmental training budgets.
• Help define and deploy HR best practices in talent development and workforce planning.
• Create and deploy HR tools, processes, and templates to support organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Final year student or 2025/2026 Fresh Graduate.
• Degree in Human Resources and/or Administration.
• Must have a valid MOA/Endorsement Letter from your institution.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
• Ability to uphold strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with any Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
