About the Company

ScrapUncle is a Delhi-based cleantech startup that provides doorstep scrap and e-waste collection services for households and businesses. The company focuses on making recycling transparent, convenient, and environmentally responsible.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to forecast and fulfill hiring needs across tech, operations, and blue-collar teams
• Lead full-cycle recruitment including JD creation, sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Design and implement OKR-driven performance review systems and career development plans
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with ESI, PF, and labor laws
• Handle blue-collar workforce compliance and maintain accurate HRMS records
• Drive employee engagement, wellness programs, and conflict resolution
• Support office operations and vendor management

Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist or Business Partner roles
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Payroll
• Experience managing Blue-Collar HR Operations
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment
• Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and wage regulations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
