About the role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with maintaining employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with UAE labour laws
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
- Support Emiratisation initiatives and related reporting requirements
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support leave management processes as required
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) with a valid family book
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of work experience
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
