About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR team to support the administration and delivery of HR initiatives including talent management, performance management, learning and development, organisational development, and employee engagement
- Provide administrative support for employee relation cases with guidance from the HR team
- Support the onboarding of new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Carry out exit interviews with leavers to analyse feedback, trends and improve staff retention
- Provide administrative and organisational support to ongoing projects, including liaising with HR and project management teams
Requirements
- Degree in HR or a related field
- Due to graduate in 2026 or graduated within the past three years
- Strong interest in HR
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
