HR Graduate

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HR team to support the administration and delivery of HR initiatives including talent management, performance management, learning and development, organisational development, and employee engagement
• Provide administrative support for employee relation cases with guidance from the HR team
• Support the onboarding of new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Carry out exit interviews with leavers to analyse feedback, trends and improve staff retention
• Provide administrative and organisational support to ongoing projects, including liaising with HR and project management teams

Requirements

• Degree in HR or a related field
• Due to graduate in 2026 or graduated within the past three years
• Strong interest in HR
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
