HR Governance Manager - Job Framework

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a governance model for the maintenance and update of the Career framework in collaboration with HR, business, and IT teams
• Organize and facilitate governance meetings to make decisions on job framework and grading system adjustments
• Coordinate alignment between HR, IT, and business managers to ensure the career framework meets organizational needs
• Manage international coordination across multiple entities to ensure consistency and agility
• Lead change management and communication strategies to engage key stakeholders
• Monitor progress using KPIs and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Solid experience in Human Resources (corporate or consulting) within an international context
• Proven experience working on job frameworks (e.g., GEPP) and grading systems
• Experience in project management and converging practices across different entities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership
• Analytical mindset with a data-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work autonomously
