About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a governance model for the Career Framework in collaboration with HR, Business, and IT teams
- Lead governance forums to drive decisions on job catalog and grading structure adjustments
- Act as the main point of contact and Group referent for governance matters
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure organizational needs are met
- Drive coordination across multiple international entities
- Support change management and communication efforts to ensure stakeholder engagement
- Track progress using KPIs and feedback loops to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Solid experience in Human Resources (in-house or consulting) within an international environment
- Previous experience with job framework topics such as Workforce Planning or Job Architecture
- Experience with grading methodologies
- Proven project management experience across multiple entities
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and French
