HR Global & Domestic Mobility Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of domestic and international employee relocations, including policy administration and case management.
• Coordinate with relocation vendors such as RMCs, movers, and temporary housing providers to ensure service quality.
• Track relocation cases to ensure timely execution, compliance, and cost control.
• Review relocation expenses and invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding relocation benefits, timelines, and expectations.
• Manage international transfers, including long-term, short-term, and permanent assignments.
• Maintain accurate HR information within HRIS systems, specifically SuccessFactors and Kronos/Dimensions.
• Audit payroll information to validate accurate employee compensation.
• Conduct market analysis and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
• Administer incentive programs, including eligibility reviews, calculations, and compliance monitoring.
• Standardize and execute merit processes and develop compensation policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Compensation, Global Mobility, Relocation, or HR Operations.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret complex compensation data.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior HR experience within a construction or manufacturing environment.
