About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of domestic and international employee relocations, including policy administration and case management.
- Coordinate with relocation vendors such as RMCs, movers, and temporary housing providers to ensure service quality.
- Track relocation cases to ensure timely execution, compliance, and cost control.
- Review relocation expenses and invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding relocation benefits, timelines, and expectations.
- Manage international transfers, including long-term, short-term, and permanent assignments.
- Maintain accurate HR information within HRIS systems, specifically SuccessFactors and Kronos/Dimensions.
- Audit payroll information to validate accurate employee compensation.
- Conduct market analysis and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
- Administer incentive programs, including eligibility reviews, calculations, and compliance monitoring.
- Standardize and execute merit processes and develop compensation policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Compensation, Global Mobility, Relocation, or HR Operations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced experience preferred).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret complex compensation data.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Prior HR experience within a construction or manufacturing environment.
