HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage country-specific HR matters, ensuring compliance with local legislation, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Country Leaders to mitigate risk and align with global HR priorities.
• Provide case management advice on employee relations (ER) issues, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and redundancy.
• Coach managers on performance and disciplinary issues to maintain a professional work environment.
• Support the execution of talent programs and global HR operations in accordance with local legal restrictions.
• Oversee the administration of local benefits and support the annual review cycle through data validation.
• Manage relationships with Works Councils and other representative stakeholders where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to standardize HR processes and service delivery.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in HR consulting or advisory roles, managing the employee life cycle.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and partnering with senior business leaders.
• Experience working within a professional services environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a global matrix environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Talent Development.
• Experience managing restructuring programs and change management initiatives.
