About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new hire orientation and manage the onboarding process
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new hires to identify and address challenges
  • Provide guidance on HR topics including policies, benefits, and leave administration
  • Orchestrate offboarding processes and conduct confidential exit interviews
  • Support performance management and goal-setting processes
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Coordinate employee immigration cases
  • Partner with HRBPs to resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Maintain and audit employee data within the HRIS

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
  • Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a fast-paced professional services environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
