About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes and local sourcing strategies for a fast-growing business
  • Develop job advertisements and recruitment-related LinkedIn content
  • Manage the interview process, including conducting first-round interviews
  • Define and execute sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Act as a relationship manager for candidates, hiring managers, and third-party providers
  • Prepare and present recruitment, onboarding, and HR data to management
  • Support various HR functions including onboarding, benefits, compensation, L&D, and DEI
  • Contribute to continuous culture improvement by fostering an environment of feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in similar HR or recruitment roles (IT consultancy experience preferred)
  • Proven sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise management teams
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the candidate market in Portugal
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors, Jira, or Confluence is a plus
