About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes and local sourcing strategies for a fast-growing business
- Develop job advertisements and recruitment-related LinkedIn content
- Manage the interview process, including conducting first-round interviews
- Define and execute sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Act as a relationship manager for candidates, hiring managers, and third-party providers
- Prepare and present recruitment, onboarding, and HR data to management
- Support various HR functions including onboarding, benefits, compensation, L&D, and DEI
- Contribute to continuous culture improvement by fostering an environment of feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in similar HR or recruitment roles (IT consultancy experience preferred)
- Proven sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise management teams
- Demonstrable knowledge of the candidate market in Portugal
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP Success Factors, Jira, or Confluence is a plus
