HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Maintain and update employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation
• Handle social insurance and labor office requirements in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law
• Prepare and review monthly payroll data, including attendance, overtime, and deductions
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and manage employee relations
• Generate HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
• Previous experience working in Marketing or Advertising Agencies is required
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance procedures
• Fluent English communication skills
• Age 28 years or older
