About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Maintain and update employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation
- Handle social insurance and labor office requirements in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law
- Prepare and review monthly payroll data, including attendance, overtime, and deductions
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes and manage employee relations
- Generate HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Previous experience working in Marketing or Advertising Agencies is required
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance procedures
- Fluent English communication skills
- Age 28 years or older
