HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies to ensure organizational alignment
• Facilitate the administration of employee benefits and compensation
• Provide day-to-day operational HR support and address employee concerns
• Ensure full compliance with local HR regulations and labor laws
• Support the design and execution of people-first HR strategies to enhance engagement
• Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and personnel management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience
• Proven experience working across recruitment, payroll, and personnel functions
• Solid knowledge of HR labor laws
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Fluency in English is mandatory
