Responsibilities
- Implement and manage HR policies to ensure organizational alignment
- Facilitate the administration of employee benefits and compensation
- Provide day-to-day operational HR support and address employee concerns
- Ensure full compliance with local HR regulations and labor laws
- Support the design and execution of people-first HR strategies to enhance engagement
- Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and personnel management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience
- Proven experience working across recruitment, payroll, and personnel functions
- Solid knowledge of HR labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Fluency in English is mandatory
