HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies to ensure organizational alignment
• Facilitate the administration of employee benefits and compensation
• Provide day-to-day operational HR support to the team
• Ensure full compliance with local HR regulations and labor laws
• Oversee HR management activities and address employee concerns
• Support the design and execution of people-first strategies to enhance workplace engagement

Requirements

• 2 years of professional HR experience, preferably within the tech industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Solid knowledge of HR labor laws
• Fluent English communication skills
