Responsibilities
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures
- Facilitate the administration of employee benefits
- Provide day-to-day operational HR support
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations
- Oversee HR management activities and address employee concerns
- Support the design and execution of people-first HR strategies to enhance engagement
Requirements
- 2 years of HR experience
- Solid knowledge of HR labor laws
- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and personnel management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in HR-related software and tools
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
