About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical roles
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews specifically for technical positions
- Manage employee onboarding processes and maintain all necessary documentation
- Oversee personnel activities and ensure full compliance with local labor laws
- Support payroll preparation and manage employee attendance records
- Maintain accurate employee records and the internal HR database
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience working as an HR Generalist
- Proven experience within the Tech Industry (Software, IT Services, or IT Consulting)
- Strong expertise in technical recruitment and hiring technical talent
- Solid knowledge of personnel and payroll processes
- Comprehensive understanding of labor law and general HR operations
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
