About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews specifically for technical positions
  • Manage employee onboarding processes and maintain all necessary documentation
  • Oversee personnel activities and ensure full compliance with local labor laws
  • Support payroll preparation and manage employee attendance records
  • Maintain accurate employee records and the internal HR database

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience working as an HR Generalist
  • Proven experience within the Tech Industry (Software, IT Services, or IT Consulting)
  • Strong expertise in technical recruitment and hiring technical talent
  • Solid knowledge of personnel and payroll processes
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor law and general HR operations
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
