About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment processes from end to end
- Handle employee relations and support organizational development (OD) initiatives
- Coordinate employee development and performance management cycles
- Conduct new hire orientations for incoming staff
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular HR reports
- Manage personnel operations and employee documentation
- Support payroll preparation and coordination
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian labor law
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
