HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies
• Facilitate the administration of employee benefits
• Provide day-to-day operational support
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and local labor laws
• Oversee HR management activities and address employee concerns
• Support the design and execution of people-first HR strategies

Requirements

• 2 years of HR experience
• Solid HR labor law knowledge
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, and personnel
• Proven expertise in HR Management and policy implementation
• Experience in managing employee benefits administration
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in HR-related software and tools
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the MENA market
