About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage HR policies
- Facilitate the administration of employee benefits
- Provide day-to-day operational support
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and local labor laws
- Oversee HR management activities and address employee concerns
- Support the design and execution of people-first HR strategies
Requirements
- 2 years of HR experience
- Solid HR labor law knowledge
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, and personnel
- Proven expertise in HR Management and policy implementation
- Experience in managing employee benefits administration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in HR-related software and tools
- Fluent English
