Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies
• Facilitate the administration of employee benefits
• Provide day-to-day operational support
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations
• Oversee HR management activities and address employee concerns
• Support the design and execution of people-first HR strategies to enhance workplace engagement and productivity

Requirements

• 2 years of HR experience
• Business or related degree
• Solid HR labor law knowledge
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, and personnel
• Fluent English
