Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Handle employee relations and support organizational development initiatives
- Coordinate employee development and performance management cycles
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular HR reports
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law and employment equity regulations
- Proven HR administration and people management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
