Responsibilities
- Implement and manage HR policies to ensure organizational alignment

- Provide day-to-day operational HR support and address employee concerns
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations
- Support the design and execution of people-first HR strategies to enhance engagement
- Oversee HR management activities and personnel administration
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of professional HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and personnel management
- Fluency in English is mandatory
