HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies to ensure organizational alignment
• Facilitate the administration of employee benefits and compensation
• Provide day-to-day operational HR support and address employee concerns
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations
• Support the design and execution of people-first HR strategies to enhance engagement
• Oversee HR management activities and personnel administration

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of professional HR experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and personnel management
• Fluency in English is mandatory
