Responsibilities
- Manage and implement HR policies and benefits administration
- Provide guidance on human resources management and maintain HR systems
- Support compliance with local labor laws
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Oversee recruitment, payroll, and personnel functions
- Drive organizational effectiveness through talent and performance management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
- Proven experience leading a team
- Strong hands-on experience in Organizational Development (OD)
- Experience in performance management, talent management, and organizational structure
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, and personnel
- Proficiency in HR functions and strategies
- Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws
- Fluent English speaker
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification such as SHRM or PHR
