HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of day-to-day HR support to the local Allentown team, including onboarding, offboarding, and engagement
• Manage recruitment for hourly employees, including candidate screening and scheduling support
• Partner with the HR Manager to resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations
• Implement and monitor adherence to organizational HR policies, procedures, and practices
• Drive employee engagement through effective communication, events, and activities
• Support timekeeping and payroll activities for both salaried and hourly workforces
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to measure departmental effectiveness

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or logistics/distribution environment
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
