HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle administration, from employment contracts to certificates of employment
• Provide operational support and advisory services to employees regarding labor and social security law
• Recruit qualified industrial and office staff (blue and white collar) for assigned departments
• Participate in negotiations of works agreements with employee representatives and the works council
• Plan and organize training and development measures in coordination with specialist departments
• Perform system administration, data maintenance, and support various HR projects and audits

Requirements

• Degree in business administration with a focus on Human Resources or comparable training
• Initial professional experience in the HR field
• Solid knowledge of German labor and social security law
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent German and good English communication skills
• Reliable, independent, and empathetic working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using HR software, ideally Workday
