HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Execute daily HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Maintain employee data and ensure high data quality within SAP and SAP SuccessFactors
• Coordinate HR processes including onboarding, contract management, mutations, and offboarding
• Prepare HR documents, employment references, correspondence, and reports
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely data transmission
• Support annual HR cycles such as performance management, salary reviews, and talent processes
• Advise and support employees regarding administrative HR inquiries
• Contribute to the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of HR processes
• Collaborate closely with HR Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure high service quality

Requirements

• Completed HR training (e.g., HR Assistant or HR Specialist certification) or comparable qualification
• 2–5 years of professional experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR function
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and relevant HR processes
• Proficiency with SAP; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Fluency in German and good proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style with high attention to detail
• Openness to change and an interest in process optimization and digitalization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an international or matrix-organized environment
• Proficiency in additional foreign languages
