About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for consulting and business support roles
- Partner with hiring managers and practice leads to understand hiring needs
- Coordinate onboarding for new joiners, including documentation and induction schedules
- Support day-to-day HR operations including employee records, contracts, and probation tracking
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Prepare regular recruitment and HR operations reports
- Support compliance with internal HR policies and local labor requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and HR operations
- Experience in consulting or professional services environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP or other HR information systems
- Professional HR qualification such as CIPD
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
